Voigt's Auction Service will be having an Estate Auction for the late, Richard E. Disher on August 10, 2013 at 9:30 am.
Richard worked as a land surveyor for the US Army where he surveyed the 39th parallel in Korea, and Sheppard Morgan and Schwaab and the federal government for over 35 years. He was a member of the Alton American Legion Post 1308, the Alton Eagles Lodge, the Owls Club of Alton, and Habitat for Humanity. He was also a member of the Christmas Wonderland Grandpa Gang at Rock Springs Park.
