Earthbound Environmental Solutions, LLC Earthbound is Eau Claire & Altoona's only 100% LOCAL choice for curbside garbage, recycling, and organics (aka compost) disposal.

With the “Forward” motto of this great state we believe that now is the the time to dramatically change the landscape of waste management services. Locally, our community needs are changing and with those changes come inherent challenges. Recognizing the need for a larger landfill diversion program, the team at Earthbound started work in 2012 to bring an organics recycling program, in combination with traditional waste management services (garbage and recycling), to the Chippewa Valley. Earthbound is proud to support our Eau Claire and Altoona neighbors, both residents and businesses alike. Our company was founded in 2014 based on our passion to preserve our Earth and our community. At Earthbound, we are more than just a garbage company, we are a community partner. We care because this is our local community where our families and friends live and where we have chosen to build our lives. We see an abundance of potential within all community members, many of whom already share our same passion. Also, as patrons of our local businesses we want to help business owners have a greater choice on how they impact their community.

We are super excited to participate in this event!
Come down and see us this November when we try to drop a little bit of knowledge…

Plan to join us for the 2026-27 Musky Tank Mixer Season Opener! November 5th, 2026, 6-8pm at the Brewing Projekt. End the StartUp Chippewa Valley Day with a great discussion with Jamie and Zach Pappas, as they talk about how they started up their business, Earthbound Environmental Solutions, and what they have learned in ten years of business.

A familiar name. A new chapter on Water Street.

Introducing Camaraderie Social House. 🥂

The Camaraderie name has a history at this very address, and we’re excited to bring it back with an entirely new vision for Eau Claire.

We’re blending the soul of a Wisconsin supper club with the energy of a social house. A place where great food, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, good company, and a lively atmosphere all come together.

From casual lunches and memorable dinners to weekend brunch, date nights, and late nights with friends, Camaraderie is designed to be a place for every occasion.

Expect Wisconsin-inspired dishes with a creative twist, distinctive burgers and steaks, shareable plates, an inviting bar, and an atmosphere that’s a little swanky without feeling out of reach.

Above all, we want to create a place that brings people together. Somewhere you can celebrate, unwind, catch up, or simply enjoy being in good company.

📍 442 Water Street | Eau Claire, WI

📅 Opening December 2026

We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share what’s ahead. Follow along as we bring Camaraderie Social House to life.

See you soon, Eau Claire. ✨

Recycle those plastic bags at your grocery store y’all.

Meet Bagzilla, this baggy, filmy monster loves to put plastic bags, wraps and films into the recycling bin causing jams, shut downs and contamination at the recycling facility. Recycle plastic bags, films and wraps at your local store drop-off.
