Very proud of these fine men saving the life of one of their coworkers that was choking on food. We offer First Responder training hoping we never need it, but thankful they had the knowledge to save a life.

Sabre honored two of our employees last week for their quick thinking and application of first responder training. The certificate says, “Lifesaving Award proudly presented for successful effort in saving a human life which involved exceptional courage and performance".

Our Safety team spoke with the employee that had the blocked airway and he was very proud that we had first responders on the team that knew the Heimlich maneuver. He quoted, “He saved my life”.
