What I Did on Summer Vacation

This summer, I explored a hybrid generative workflow that turns ideas into images, motion, and interactive experiences faster and more affordably, without losing the hands-on craft that makes the work distinctive.

I’m also addressing ethical and environmental concerns through building a local workflow that improves privacy, reduces reliance on remote data centers, and incorporates my own camera-based assets and responsibly sourced datasets.

After 35 wonderful years, we are retiring Marcolina Design Inc. As we move into this new chapter, our creative focus will shift toward personal projects, lecturing, consulting, and the occasional interesting project that may comes our way!
