🌟Chris joined A&A Safety in 2012 as a Graphics Technician, working hands-on with vinyl graphics, wayfinding, signage, and vehicle wraps. His talent and work ethic led to a promotion to Graphics Production Manager in 2014, where he managed orders from customer to final production.
🧐In 2020, Chris stepped into his current role as Graphics Division Manager, where he now oversees all operations across A&A Graphics - Design, Production, and Installation - leading a team of 8+ employees.
🚌One of his most memorable projects? The Cincinnati Metro Bus Stop Project. "It's a massive project with many moving parts that is going to help innovate and improve Cincinnati wayfinding, transportation, and aesthetics," Chris says. "It's a great challenge that exposes me and my team to higher level coordination, organization, construction, design, and production techniques."
👉When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Chris's answer highlights the variety of the work: "Managing the Graphics Division at A&A is about as diverse of a role as you can find anywhere. On a day-to-day basis I may be making a sign, wrapping a truck, performing a site survey, training a new employee, quoting our customers, or running a large format printer — among a hundred other tasks required to run a successful graphics shop."
🎯His advice to those just starting out in the industry? "Graphics work requires a dedication to craft, customer service, and a team-oriented attitude. No one can master everything, so you must be able to prioritize, recognize, and work with your team's strengths to achieve targets."
⚽Outside of work, Chris and his wife, Caroline, are kept busy by their three children, ranging in age from 5 to 11. On the weekends, you might find him coaching his son's soccer team, traveling with family, watching movies, or tending to his lawn and gardens.
