Armed Security Officers
POSITION SUMMARY: Security Enforcement Alliance is currently hiring Armed Security Officers for the Alameda and San Francisco counties in California to staff Corporate and Private businesses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years of age, possess a Social Security Card, possess a Birth Certificate, possess a High School diploma from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of education or equivalent certificate.
• Speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English.
• Pass a pre-employment medical examination, drug test, and physical agility test.
• Pass a background check
• Complete the S.E.A. training program; and pass the required examination(s).
• And Meet one of the following experience requirements:
o Three years of security experience within the past 5 years; or
o Three years of military experience; or
o Successful completion of Police Officer's Standard Training (POST) course; or
REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Driver's License, BSIS Guard Card, and BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit with 9mm Caliber or above, OC Spray Certificate, BSIS Baton Permit, and American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED for Adult and Pediatric.
FIREARM REQUIRED BUT WE ALSO DO TRAINING FOR ALL ITHER CERTIFICATIONS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE. WE CAN ALSO HELP WITH RE-QUALIFICATIONS.
