Our LifeChoices members recently had the opportunity to learn from Michelle, an End-of-Life Doula, about the compassionate support and guidance doulas provide to individuals and families during one of life's most meaningful journeys.

From emotional support and advance planning to helping create a peaceful, personalized experience, Michelle shared the many ways End-of-Life Doulas can make a difference for both individuals and their loved ones.

A heartfelt thank you to Michelle for taking the time to educate our members and for sharing the incredible services and support available within our community. We appreciate your passion, compassion, and willingness to help others navigate this important stage of life.

Nothing beats a beautiful day at the ballpark! ⚾️☀️

Our LifeChoices members had a wonderful time enjoying the Iowa Cubs game last week, soaking up the sunshine, cheering on the team, and most importantly, spending time together. Days like these are a great reminder that connection, community, and fun are such an important part of healthy aging and living well.
