To Our Valued Customers,
It is with heartfelt gratitude and a touch of bittersweet excitement that we reach out to you today.
As you know, Sigler purchased Alpha Copies and Express Signs from the Crawford family in the fall of 2022. Effective Friday, March 15, we will be closing both businesses to the public and will permanently cease all operations at 3615 Lincoln Way in west Ames. Moving forward, our focus will be on meeting the needs of the thriving business market, with the corporate clientele of Alpha Copies and Express Signs being served from the Sigler production facility at 1101 Aviation Way beginning in April.
While it’s hard to say goodbye to the many customers we’ve come to know personally over the years, it’s become clear that to keep up with the increase in business we need to combine our production resources and discontinue our retail copy center/quick print capabilities. We’re pleased to share that all of our coworkers will make the move to Sigler where there are new opportunities for career development within the larger organization.
We eagerly anticipate further growth and expansion in the future, enabling us to continue serving our corporate customers in both the Ames community and nationwide.
