Coffee classes coming soon!

Back to school seems like a great time to announce that we’ll be hosting a series of classes at the roastery starting in the coming weeks. Dates are being finalized and will be posted soon.

Ranging from latte art to brewing basics, we’ll offer something for everyone. From seasoned vets and new baristas to home enthusiasts.

These sessions will be a few hours and at a great price point. DEEP discounts for our partners too! Keep an eye here for times and dates. Share away! Open to all.

Ana Nolasco Pascual is a microlot from Huehuetenango - it’s been a minute since we have found one we want to feature. Who remembers Finca Beatriz?! We find Orange, Caramel, and Honeysuckle. Just a really delicious coffee that has elements of a traditional cup and a sweetness and complexity that really makes it special.

This coffee goes through 3-4 days of dry fermentation after depulping, then thoroughly washed - giving it just a little bit more pizzazz in our opinion.

Ana and her family work their land and run a wet mill outside the community of San Marcos Huista. Pruning, picking, and working with the cooperative El Sendero.

This lot comes to us from Primavera Coffee. We have sourced Guatemalan Coffee for blending ( Yes, Eighty, Somerset, Eddie) from these folks for years. We love the quality, mission, and trasnparency.

We drink a lot of coffee.

Looking for consistency, profile improvement, inventory aging. Hunting for great single origin offerings and blend components to keep things tasting familiar.

We each have our favorites and things we don’t like…. We range in what we enjoy according to roast level, florality, acidity level, and processing method.

Our diversity is reflected in our offerings. We try to keep something for everyone. Light and floral, funky, fruity, and more traditional.

Where do you land? What are you looking for in your cup most often? We’d love to know!f

We had some fresh, under the radar coffees land this week from our friends at Forest Coffee that we are excited about!

Reforest Washed will be 50% of Entropy, Technicolour, and Eighty35. A great tasting coffee that supports Forest’s reforestation project. Win-win.

Our new decaf for Periscope is Reforest Washed - decaffeinated. This EA Sugarcane is delicious and drinks much like its caffeinated version. Periscope got an upgrade!

Aponte Gesha and the unreleased Rocket Flower also come from the fine folks at Forest. Excited to work with them on several great coffees.
