Another hat that I get to wear is that of a Virtual Assistant. As a part of Melissa's team, I get to support not only her but also her amazing clients!

Meet Mari Nieves, one of the talented Virtual Assistants on the Melissa Swink & Co. team!

Mari is a native of Puerto Rico but currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband of 21 years and their teenage son and daughter. They enjoy going on road trips and riding the country trails in their side-by-side ATV.

With over 15 years in administrative roles, Mari's goal is to become her clients' go-to gal for those unfinished, unwanted, or future admin tasks that need to be taken care of, when just don't have the time to get them done.

Mari also hosts a podcast called "Chicapreneur Podcast" where she helps Chicapreneurs by providing tools and strategies on how to start and manage a podcast. Listeners learn to plan, produce, and launch a podcast and provide ongoing management support.

"Getting to know business owners, establishing a relationship, and helping them take care of and grow their business is what I love to do. I'm super excited to be part of Melissa's team and look forward to serving you!"

I heard say something recently during one of the few IG lives that I've ever been able to tune in to. I just happen to catch the video midway and the answer that she gave to the gal asking about how to deal with procrastination struck a chord. Toward the end of it she said something that helped me realize that we all have to start our journey right where we're at and just as we are. And then keep showing up even when it's hard. Thanks for the reminder, Jasmine!💛

Hi everyone! Chicapreneur Podcast is LIVE!!! I launched my first two episodes on Friday!! I would love everyone's support on Anchor, Apple, Google or your favorite podcast platform.
My goal is to publish 1 episode in English and 1 episode in Spanish every week.
