Freedom Hill Vineyard. Chardonnay. Need we say more?

One of Oregon’s most iconic vineyards, farmed organically by the Dusschee family since 1981, and now, we’re grafting our own Chardonnay selection into its legendary soils. Excitement only begins to scratch the surface about this partnership. Thank you, Dustin.

Angel’s grafting crew was impressive to observe. Laser precision of straight blades that sliced Chardonnay budwood like butter. Their attention to detail and focus were insane. What a learning moment. Thank you guys!

This one is called a “foudre” and holds 25hL (660 gallons) of wine. Specifically, it holds one of our non-vintage blanc de blanc perpetual reserve base wines.
