Eliza Cares Homecare is so much more than sitting services. We take pride in providing care for our clients.. Our Personal Care services include assistance with bath/shower, nail/skin-care, perineal and incontinence care and assist with dressing. We provide Light housekeeping, meal prep and medication reminders such as assisting with medication weekly planners and upon admission onto services an RN will come out to assess, provide education on medications prescribed via physician, encourage preventative care, and obtain baseline vital signs to form a plan of care with caregivers and family..
Our bed bound clients are treated with dignity and respect with repositioning every 2hrs and as needed, we assist with all transfers and range of motion while implementing safe techniques..
Transportation which involves light errands and Dr. Appointments are accommodated to clients on services only..
We are excited to now be providing Medical Supplies which include incontinent supplies, skin barrier protective ointment, Adult wipes, nutritional supplies and light DME such as bedside commodes, shower chairs, male/female urinals and so much more.
Our respite services are provided for family members in need of a short-term break.
