🚨 NOW HIRING – FINANCE MANAGER (IN-OFFICE) 🚨

Warrior Finance Team is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle high-volume RV, marine, cargo trailers, horse trailers and powersports dealer finance nationwide from our Amsterdam, NY office.

This is NOT a sales floor job.
This is a deal-driven finance role for closers.

🔥 WHO THIS IS FOR
✔ Experienced F&I / Finance Managers
✔ Strong with credit, lender structure, and funding
✔ Self-motivated, fast, and accountable

If you need hand-holding, this isn’t the role.
If you like owning your numbers and getting paid for performance — keep reading.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Run finance deals start-to-finish
• Pull credit, structure deals, and secure approvals
• Rework deals until they fund
• Present compliant menus and sell backend products
• Produce closing docs and push deals to funding
• Communicate clearly with dealers and customers

💰 PAY (REAL NUMBERS)
• $39,000 base salary
• Per-deal pay on funded deals
• Performance incentives
• Typical earnings $75K–$120K+
• Top performers exceed $150K

👉 No funding = no pay. Closers win here.

🕘 SCHEDULE
• Monday – Saturday
• Saturday rotation
• Work Saturday → take Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off the following week
