IF you want a at , here are some quick tips:

Ineffective:

*Pinging random recruiters on just because they work at Amazon.

Least effective messages: "I am interested in jobs at Amazon."
"I would like to jump on a call with you about jobs at Amazon." and, my personal favorite, "Is Amazon hiring?"

-Why? It's NOT PERSONAL

With over 20k open jobs, the chances that the person you're asking for help will have anything to do with a job you might want is, about, 0.1% (assuming each recruiter has a 20 position workload).

Amazon work very hard to provide excellent customer experiences for every applicant to their jobs. But they can't work on jobs they are not assigned to (sometimes they can't even see them!).

Effective:
*Studying available free on the amazon job board, applying them to the bullet points on your , and to the jobs where you have at least 75% of the required

Why?
--Because your resumes are looked at by actual humans who have the ability to make decisions about the jobs you are interested in.
