Our fiber internet service is currently experiencing intermittent issues for some customers. Staff are working closely with our network equipment supplier to restore stable service as quickly as possible.
If you are experiencing issues, please try restarting your fiber equipment:
• Unplug power from your modem (if you have one) and your router or mesh system
• Wait about 10 seconds
• Plug the modem and router/mesh system back in
Service should return within approximately 2–5 minutes.
If service has not returned after the posted time frame, please check the fiber landing page for status updates. If you still do not have service, call 360-588-8300 and select option 2.
