I'm exploring a new business venture and looking to connect with someone who has hands-on experience in the coffee industry, specifically operating or managing a successful coffee shop or drive-thru coffee concept.

I'm interested in finding someone who understands the day-to-day operation — staffing, workflow, menu development, inventory, equipment, customer experience, and what it takes to build a profitable coffee business.

This could potentially develop into a management position and/or an ownership opportunity for the right person.
