The objective was to identify gaps in the market which would give our client a unique competitive advantage over his competitors. We had to analyze language learning apps and platforms.

Our client was looking for unique actionable insights that would help steer his product direction.

Competitors research was a very important part of the research. We analyzed competitors’ strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for our client (both short and long term). We took language learning market trends and problems into consideration when identifying weaknesses and opportunities.

"The request I have essentially is to show the business I know what I’m talking about when I advise them, what they need to know and how they can communicate that and have their clients understand. Therefore it needs to cover the 30k foot view of the request, the details that show the view makes sense and has data to back it up. According to C&IT, event agencies will be more prepared with insurance and contract clauses in future. Also, event planning companies will have better infrastructure to run virtual events and make them more interactive and closer to a real events.

At IntroMarker Research, we conducted competitors research for the Irish and Dubai events planning industry. We want to share the results of our market research and show how we analyze competitors.
