Alaska Peninsula Corporation (APC) announces that we are accepting applications for an open seat on the Board of Directors, following the passing of long-time Director Terry Wassillie. The term remaining on the open seat is through the 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.

We invite any shareholder who may be interested in sitting on our Board to fill out an application. Under the Alaska Corporate Code, the Board of Directors is responsible for appointing a new director when a vacancy occurs on the Board.

If you are interested in being considered for an appointment to our Board for the remaining term of two years, you are invited to complete and submit a Board qualification statement, which is located on our webpage, together with a resume and a letter of intent on or before 5:00 p.m. December 15, 2025. The Board would like to fill this seat as soon as possible.

Serving on our Board is an honor that each of us on the Board presently recognizes every day. A director is required to exercise utmost good faith and fair dealing on behalf of the Corporation. We encourage all interested eligible shareholders holding Settlement Common Stock over the age of 18 years to apply.

The Board will review the letters of interest and verify that each applicant is able to serve as per the Ethics Rules of the Alaska Peninsula Corporation. They will then review the experience and education that each applicant has and, using a standard scoring system, select a candidate.
