When I say “your email list,” which one sounds most like you?

A — Yep, I have one and email them
B — I have names/emails somewhere, but don't really use them
C — Email list? What email list? 😂

Today I thought I was going in to make ONE little update.

Two hours later...

I had cleaned up my offers, wrestled with giant testimonial photos, discovered a footer from another era, and finally accepted that there are some checkmarks in this world I simply cannot control.

Wowzer.

BUT — my Ways to Work With Me page is cleaner, simpler, and finally reflects how I’m working with people and teams now.

All without leaving this couch. 😆

This week feels suspiciously like a Monday pretending to be a Wednesday. 😂

We got home late from wedding festivities, travel, unpacking, a cold… and now our dog likely injured the OTHER knee after already having surgery on the first one. 😵‍💫 Yup, surgery scheduled for Thursday...oh goodie!

My brain immediately tried to solve:
everything ALL at once.

I wrote about busy brains and mental overload in this morning’s email because honestly? I think a lot of women are carrying way too much mentally right now.

Also… my handsome husband officiated the wedding this weekend, and I still can’t quite believe how beautiful it all was. 💛

I’m drowning, I’m drowning, I’m drowning.” These words from a little girl in my swim class resonated deeply with me. It’s a reminder of how easily we can feel overwhelmed, especially when life gets busy and our goals slip out of reach.

Just like in swimming, we need to recognize when we’re truly in danger and when we just need a little support to stay afloat. This May, let’s commit to a reset—prioritizing our goals and finding balance in the chaos.
