It started off as a beautiful spring day, and ended with a snow storm. Can’t remember the last time we’ve been able to run this far in mid-March!

Testing the new aluminum tunnel design from Stryker Boats. EPIC!

Long video walking through the airboat project.

Not as much fun as beating these things up, but I know a lot of you wanted specifics.

Comment or pm with additional questions.

Here is full walk through of the airboat project. Probably won't be much in the way of updates until after the sportsman's show at this point. next mods, sca...

This was epic. What started as a random idea, has turned into a new obsession. This is just the start. Lots of additional mods and prototyping ahead. Winters in Alaska just became too short.

Running a mostly frozen creek. New ECU for the motor on the way, in order to get another 1000rpms out of the engine. Next mod, scaled armor along the bottom ...

6deg F on the river today…. Still found some open water. Had to get creative on the launch, typical winter ops.

The boat that hauls everything and the kitchen sink. Stryker 470 Extreme, being shoved up river by a Merc 115/80.

You’re gonna need to not skip arm day if you’re planning on running this thing up twisty creeks.

4 dudes, lots of gear, and on step in less than a boat length 🤯

Last season, Stryker Boats dropped their first ever inflatable tunnel design. It was built with specific goals in mind.
Run shallow.
Carry weight well.
Survive the harshest environments.
I can say that version 1 was a success by every metric. I personally tortured these boats beyond what a sane person should do with ANY boat, let alone an inflatable.
This seasons boats are a huge leap forward as Stryker has addressed some downsides to a fully inflatable jet boat. The version 2 boats have an industry changing, all aluminum tunnel, integrated into their proven, bomb-proof aluminum transom.

Stryker employed engineers to ensure this hull design not only exceeds all the original goals, but adds improved efficiency and repair-ability that competitors boats simply cannot compete with.

Drop me a DM if you’re interested in learning more about these awesome version 2 Stryker tunnel boats!
