The voting deadline is approaching soon and polls will close for voting online and by email on September 11 at 11:00 AM. A 51% quorum needs to be reached in order to conduct the Annual Shareholders Meeting, so please be sure to vote online or by email. If quorum is not met the Annual Meeting will need to be rescheduled again, so please be sure to vote!

Blank proxies are can be obtained at each corporate office whether you walk-in or request it be sent to you by email. You can vote online at www.tdxvote.com. If you need your PIN number, please contact Caroline Streff at (907) 339-7125.

Due to a lack of quorum, the TDX Corporation Annual Shareholder Meeting has been rescheduled to September 11, 2026.

Voting remains open until 11:00 AM on September 11, 2026. The meeting starts at 12 p.m. You may continue to vote electronically as instructed in the proxy packets previously distributed by TDX. You can also find the online voting instructions at our website at www.tdxvote.com. If you need your PIN number, please contact Caroline Streff at (907) 339-7125.

Due to the Labor Day holiday, the Election Officials Office will be closed Monday, September 7, however you can email them at [email protected] to request your PIN to vote online. Leave your name and phone number and they will respond Tuesday, September 8. The best way to vote is online or by email.

Proxy ballots are available, if you need one. If you have already voted, you need not vote again as your original proxy vote is already recorded and your name is registered for the proxy prizes.

The second $500 Early Bird deadline is coming up Friday, August 7! If you haven’t voted already, you are strongly encouraged to vote online at https://www.tdxvote.com/ to be eligible.
Your shareholder PIN number to vote online can be obtained from Election Officials, Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt at (907) 339-7125, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
