Registration is open for SALT’s Coaching for Results Fall Workshop, happening October 7–8, 2026 at the CIRI Fireweed Business Center.

This two-day workshop is built for leaders who want practical, real-world tools they can put to work right away — from motivating different personalities and providing meaningful feedback to delegating effectively, supporting performance, and creating a workplace environment where people can do their best work.

Memorial Weekend with the SALTines 🇺🇸🌲🚤🔥🎶⚾

The SALT team made the most of the long weekend in true SALTine style — getting outside, spending time with family, tackling projects, and making memories near and far.

From selecting a home site on the homestead and exploring Talkeetna, to boating and sh*****ng in Prince William Sound, roasting hot dogs, cheering on UW baseball in Omaha, catching concerts, cookouts, yard work, and even a little cleaning — our crew covered it all.

We love seeing how our team recharges and connects outside of work. Here’s to fresh air, family time, campfires, ballgames, boat days, good music, and a great start to summer.
