Spring cleaning is here and we all should remember our refrigerator condenser also needs cleaning. Below is an example of one I cleaned for a customer last week. All the dust and pet hair covering the fins will reduce air flow and cause the refrigerator to have warmer cabinet temps and over heat the compressor that transfers heat absorbed from the evaporator to the outside of the refrigerator which is then released through the Condenser. Another example of what happens if you neglect your dryer ductwork. If you have a long duct run and haven’t had it cleaned or checked out for awhile. We recommend that you do. Be Safe, prevent Dryer Fires by having your appliance and ducting inspected and cleaned.

Burned out terminal block. When installing a new 240v cord onto your dryer or range be sure the connections are tight or else this may happen to you. Safety First, don’t risk a fire in your home.
