Aang/Qilax̂ Atx̂am Shareholders!

As a reminder, all shareholders were sent this year’s Declaration of Candidacy form.

If you plan to run for this year's election (which will be in the proxy packet to go out later this fall), please be sure to submit your Declaration of Candidacy by the stated deadline of August 21st, 2026, which is this Friday.

Any shareholder of the Atx̂am Corporation who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and otherwise eligible to serve as a director under the Atx̂am Corporation's governing documents, Board policies, ethics standards, and applicable law, including having no felony conviction or other disqualifying conduct, may submit a Declaration of Candidacy to be considered for inclusion in the Atx̂am Corporation's proxy materials and to stand for election at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

**Community Notice**

Aang Atka residents, specifically:

Atx̂am would like to let the community know an agreement has been finalized with a guide company for this year's reindeer hunting season.

The guided reindeer hunts will take place during the months of August and September.

We wanted to share this so everyone is aware of the activity that will be happening during those months. To be clear, this is not an exclusive agreement, and local hunters can continue hunting as they need.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the guided hunts, please contact the corporation office.

Aang Atx̂am Shareholders, hope everyone's summer is going well!
