Qaĝaasakuq to everyone who voted their Proxy. I am pleased to announce that below is the updated quorum status, showing we have met quorum and are able to hold our 43rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

As a reminder, the Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, at 2 PM AKST / 1 PM Atka time at the Yakov E Netsvetov School art room (where the big screen is)

Additionally, people have in their proxy packets-- the financials, the agenda for the annual meeting, as well as the zoom link to call in.

Lastly, please note that there will again be an in-person meeting of shareholders in Anchorage (together via zoom w/Atka) at the Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association (APIA) conference room for those in the Anchorage / bowl area who would like to convene together. This is also a good opportunity to meet both our accountant, Chalisa Attla, and our new COO hire, Chris Griffith.
