Tight access on these retaining wall replacements. The old retaining walls were made of wood and had no drainage therefore were falling over. We put in new walls with lots of drainage and piped the rear gutters underground to get water away from the house.

We spent a lot of time on this project cleaning up 5+ acres taking down many many trees that were overcrowding the woods as well as growing into the power lines leading to small fires starting. Additionally we pulled vines off large valuable trees and created ditches to help dry out some soggy areas. These photos really only show half the work!

Removed a few dead trees, regraded to direct water away from the basement and create more flat area, installed a parking pad, and placed wood chips to stabilize the slopes on this nice little property.

Stone scraped out and replaced with topsoil as well as plantings installed on this new construction.
