Recently, our JPS leaders at our Anderson facility invested in strengthening their leadership skills through Coaching for Peak Performance training! 💬📈

The session focused on moving beyond simply giving directions and instead using effective coaching to ask the right questions, identify performance gaps, provide meaningful feedback, and help employees reach their full potential.

Through interactive activities, real workplace scenarios, and group discussions, our leaders practiced skills they can take directly back to their teams.

Celebrating Our People. Living Our Values. 🩷🖤
We recently celebrated Tommy Day at JPS Composite Materials, a day centered around something that makes our organization special—our people and the values we share.

As part of the celebration, employees participated in activities focused on gratitude, recognition, and connection, while also kicking off our 2026 Core Values Contest. Throughout the contest, employees have the opportunity to nominate coworkers who demonstrate our Core Values through their everyday actions.

Our first spotlight is TEAMWORK—recognizing those who step up, lend a hand, support their coworkers, and understand that our success is stronger when we work together.

A Core Value is more than words on a wall. It is something we demonstrate through our actions, our attitudes, and the way we show up for one another every day.

At JPS Composite Materials, we recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and stand in support of the fighters, survivors, families, and loved ones whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer. 🩷

From attending career fairs and developing our leaders through training, to connecting with industry professionals at CAMX and hosting employee engagement events, we continue to focus on what makes JPS special: our people and our community.

Today, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible memories we’ve made together at JPS over the last two months.
From giving back to our community through our partnership with Habitat for Humanity, to sponsoring the Steel Partners Internship Summit and welcoming talented students from across our organization, to hosting our annual Kids First Camp where our employees’ children learned, explored, and created lasting memories—it has truly been a summer to remember.
Thank you to every employee, volunteer, intern, and community partner who helped make these events possible. Your commitment, teamwork, and generosity continue to demonstrate what makes JPS such a special place.
