Friday morning update: AT&T got their circuit repaired and tested this morning. We are working to revert data paths from backup to primary circuits this morning, and everything should be back to normal. If you are still having issues, please call our office so we can address them as quickly as possible.

Evening update:
We have completed re-routing traffic through backup circuits, so everyone’s internet should be up and running. We still have some work to do to optimize speeds/performance/etc.
The Last status update we got from the failed upstream provider (ATT) was this afternoon, stating that they had identified the defective part, but did not have a spare on site and a replacement has been ordered. We have not been able to get any answers on if that part is being delivered from another CO or from out of the area.

Good afternoon and sorry for the delay in updates. AT&T last status update has not provided us with an ETA on their repairs, only that they are in progress. We have our network engineers working to route traffic out alternative paths to get everyone back online that is currently offline. Thanks for your patience, and a big thanks to all the engineers/ support staff working on this issue on Christmas.

Good morning,
Starting at about 6:30 this morning one of our downstream providers for fiber backhaul suffered an outage. We are working to get a resolution time frame from them and will update when we have more information. Thanks for your patience.

There is a small outage in Fall River Mills this morning affecting some people. The culprit was caught on camera vandalizing cable last night. Any help identifying him would be great.

We have restored some service via backup fiber paths to parts of Shasta, Trinity County and Tehama. We are still working to route additional traffic, so it is not 100% yet....

There is currently and area outage in Eastern shasta and Lassen County. The problem is upstream of our network on Frontiers Fiber, which we transit on. We will post more details as we have them.
