Looking back on National Truck Driver Appreciation Week! 🚛

Throughout the week, our Interstate Warehousing facilities took time to recognize and celebrate the professional drivers who help keep our customers, communities, and supply chain moving every day.

From all of us at Interstate Warehousing, thank you to every driver for the miles you travel, the long hours you put in, and the dedication you bring to the job.

Throughout the year, professional drivers visit Interstate Warehousing facilities across the country, giving them a firsthand look at our people and operations.

During National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we're sharing some of their experiences and recognizing the people behind the wheel who help connect our facilities, customers, and communities every day.

To every driver who has pulled into one of our facilities, backed into one of our docks, or interacted with one of our team members, thank you for allowing us to be a stop along your journey.

Safety is a responsibility we all share, and it starts with being proactive.

Our Interstate Warehousing Safety leadership team recently came together in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, for our Safety Manager Meetings. The group spent time discussing safety initiatives, sharing best practices from across our national network, reviewing opportunities for continuous improvement, and identifying ways we can continue strengthening the safety culture at every Interstate Warehousing facility.

The team also had the opportunity to tour the General Mills facility in Murfreesboro, along with our Interstate Warehousing Murfreesboro cold storage facility. These tours gave our leaders another opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from different operations, and bring valuable insights back to their teams.

At Interstate Warehousing, safety is not something we simply react to. We take a proactive approach by investing in our people, sharing knowledge across facilities, identifying potential risks, and continually looking for ways to make our operations safer.

With facilities across the country, our goal remains the same everywhere: to help ensure every employee has a safe environment to work in and goes home safely at the end of the day.

Thank you to our Safety leadership team for continuing to lead that effort across Interstate Warehousing.
