🚨 **2025 TAX EXTENSION DEADLINE REMINDER** 🚨

If you filed an extension for your 2025 individual tax return, the final filing deadline is October 15, 2026.

Please remember: An extension gave you additional time to file your return—not additional time to pay any taxes owed. Penalties and interest may continue to accumulate on unpaid balances.

Don’t wait until the last minute. Submit your tax documents as soon as possible so we can review your information and determine whether we can complete your return before the deadline.

📣 **IMPORTANT TAX DEADLINE REMINDER**

If you filed an extension, the extended filing deadlines are quickly approaching. **An extension to file is not an extension to pay.**

**SEPTEMBER 15, 2026**
Extended deadline for many calendar-year business returns, including:

* S Corporations — Form 1120-S
* Partnerships — Form 1065

**OCTOBER 15, 2026**
Extended deadline for:

* Individual tax returns — Form 1040
* Calendar-year C Corporations that received a six-month extension — Form 1120

⚠️ **DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE DEADLINE**

If D. Jefferson & Associates will be preparing your return, **we need your tax documents and information as soon as possible.** The closer we get to the filing deadline, the more difficult it becomes to guarantee that your return can be completed and filed on time.

If you have already uploaded your information, please make sure **all documents are included**. If you need your portal link resent, contact our office.
