Happy Monday! It's wedding week for our crew! I had good intentions of sticking extras in the Cookie Coop Friday, but have decided to just enjoy baking for my niece and nephew this week, and spend time with the family doing all the wedding-y things! The Cookie Coop will be CLOSED this week, 6/12... See you next week, Friday, 6/19 at the Coop with some more new flavors and ideas!! 😉 Thanks for supporting my lil kitchen!

Remember Magic Middles? (My brother and I may or may not have had an "incident" involving Ma's new microwave once...in like 1990...and trying to warm them... in the foil lined package!😱🤣⚡️⚡️🔥).... this is the "Aunt Shannie" version.... a buttery vanilla shortbread style cookie, stuffed with my home made fudge! Salted Caramel Cookie.... with crispy edges and a chewy middle. This sphere of deliciousness has chocolate chips, Heath bits, caramel and sea salt baked into a caramel-vanilla based dough then drizzled in caramel glaze, garnished with Heath bits and sea salt!
