💥 WE’RE HIRING – COME MOVE DIRT WITH THE BEST. 💥

Lindsey Excavation LLC is looking to add 1–2 Laborers and 1 Equipment Operator to our crew.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants a job- we’re looking for people who take pride in building something that will be here long after we’re gone. Right now, we’re working on projects that will leave a lasting mark on the Moreno Valley, and we need people who are ready to put in the work.

What it takes:

âś” Show up every day.
âś” Work hard.
âś” Take pride in your work.
✔ Have your crew’s back.
âś” Be willing to put in long hours when the job demands it.

If you’re the type who watches the clock, complains about getting dirty, or disappears when it’s time to hustle, this isn’t the place for you.

If you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from seeing what you built at the end of the day, you’ll fit right in.

Pay:

Laborers: Pay is based on your work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Equipment Operator: Pay is based on experience and production. But don’t expect to spend all day in an air-conditioned cab. Around here, operators grab a shovel, help on the ground, set pipe, grade by hand, and do whatever it takes to keep the job moving. No one is above the work.

We’re building more than projects- we’re building one of the hardest-working excavation crews in northern New Mexico.
