This is STILL an issue when I am hiring… One of my employers is with LinkedIn and you would be shocked to see the email addresses on the resumes I receive. This is the first thing we as “potential employers” see at when hiring anyone for any position.

With 20 years in this industry I have seen a need for this type of service for years. We assist individuals with constructing and writing resumes as well as preparing for interviews. I have a degree in a related field and hold several Certification’s. I am certified as a career developmental life coach. We council jobseekers on choosing or improving on their career paths. In the past we conducted presentations on how to write a résumé. As well as how to conduct yourself in an interview. We are now adding professional résumé writing and interviewing techniques as a service. This service is provided via call/text, TEAMS, email, SKYPE or whatever is most convenient for the client. Rates vary depending on the amount of time and services needed. However, the initial half hour consultation is $150.00 Paid prior via Cashapp, Venmo etc.. Once the initial intake is completed we will establish a set rate to decide what plan works best for your specific needs. This is the base for your professional résumé. After the intake call your résumé will be prepared and sent via email the next business day. Depending on the starting point; that meaning the amount of information you provide us initially. Will determine the rate moving forward. Most of our clients on average have paid $200-$250 that price includes $150 for the intake call.
Currently my full-time job with LinkedIn has provided me a unique opportunity to price far below the average rate. It also has provided and valuable insight into what is being sought after in a résumé and an employee in general.

We do not guarantee employment. We are proud to report that 89% of my clients that followed the coaching tips and techniques provided and followed the process established for them are now employed. Out of all of our clients 98% received interview requests and were asked to participate in the final step in the hiring process.

With the pandemic unemployment benefits are being discontinued in most states. The number of qualified candidates applying for positions are astonishing higher than in the past. Your résumé is the first and often the only opportunity you get to make an impression with a potential employer. A well written and constructed résumé will set you apart from the other applicants.

With more companies using third-party vendors that utilize algorithms to scan and then discard your résumé before it even gets seen by a hiring manager, gate keeper” or HR for review. A well structured resume can check all the boxes even with a computerized filtering system.
