rvices provided. Shop Policies. All supplies and services are provided by Be Sew Sweet. With exclusion to items or bags specifically being personalized either a name or monogram. One day a week is set aside for local deliveries and pickups. I try to keep turn around times to a minimum, sometimes my to do list is lengthy and getting items out within 2 weeks is nearly impossible. A rush fee is available for items needed within 5 business days. To be fair to all customers my items are completed in the order which they are paid. Items in pictures are samples of previous work.orders can be made similar, but cannot always be exactly duplicated. Orders may be placed through etsy

Shipping is added to paypal orders unless other arrangements have been made. Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and may take up to 10 days to arrive. Items are shipped to the address listed on your PayPal at checkout or on your etsy transaction. I am,not responsible for lost packages due to wrong addresses. As a small business, I do not have the means for storage. I am not responsible for items left at my facility for 12 months. Records are kept for 18 months and destroyed. Please be respectful of my time and services. Items left longer than 12 months without contact will be returned to the address provided.
****As of 2022 I no longer ship items. I do not take orders outside of my pickup area. I work on a local pickup basis only. All Sales are final. I take pride in my work and will not send out something that I would not myself be happy with. If you have an issue with your purchase. Feel free to contact me and I will try my best to resolve it. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The buying and reselling of my items is prohibited. Weekends are reserved for family time and all messages received Friday at 5p.m. will be returned Monday morning. Items are custom made and refunds and exchanges are not given for items.
