Bird nest dryer vent cleaning. 🪺
A good airflow velocity in a dryer vent system should be around 1,500 FPM. If your vent is now blowing at 600-2000 FPM, it means the cleaning has likely improved the airflow significantly, potentially bringing it within the recommended range or even exceeding it.
A low reading (low 100s) indicates a buildup of lint or other debris blocking the vent.
