It's been a while since I've posted, but over the past several months I've continued working with long-term care leaders and teams navigating regulatory challenges, staffing concerns, survey activity, quality improvement efforts, and operational transitions. Those experiences have reinforced the value of sharing practical insights and lessons learned.
With that in mind, I'm excited to introduce Regulatory Roundtable, a discussion forum hosted by Virtuous LTC Consulting.
Regulatory Roundtable is designed for long-term care professionals seeking practical discussions related to regulatory compliance, survey readiness, leadership development, staffing stabilization, quality improvement, DPOC implementation, and operational excellence.
We invite Administrators, DONs, nurses, department leaders, consultants, and frontline caregivers to share ideas, challenges, and solutions as we learn from one another and support continuous improvement across long-term care.
