Hope can feel big and inspiring. But most days, it’s much quieter than that.

It looks like sending the message. Making the appointment. Beginning again. Saying no. Or finally saying yes.

You may not feel completely hopeful yet. Make the next hopeful choice anyway.

Hope isn’t only something we feel. Sometimes, it looks like making one small choice that moves us toward what we’ve been hoping for.

What will yours be today?

We were back in the studio and this one had us in a bit of a debate… stay tuned.

We were in the studio yesterday talking all about hope and let’s just say, this conversation gave us a lot to think about. We’re kicking off a new series, and this one starts with a big question:

Is hope just a feeling, or is it something more?

Because maybe hope isn’t about waiting for life to change. Maybe it’s about choosing to move, act, and believe that something better is possible.

We’re not dropping this one just yet, so stay tuned, more from this conversation is coming soon.

The first week back to school has a way of leaving everyone a little tired, a little energized…and wondering where the week went.

Emily’s blog reminded us that even in the middle of the busy, we can pause long enough to notice what matters most.

So before you move into the weekend, try this:

3 moments from the week that mattered
2 things you’re ready to leave behind
1 thing you want to carry into next week

And then? Put on a good song, take a deep breath, and let Friday be Friday.

Save your “one thing.” We’ll come back to it next week.

Sunday, we reset.

Monday, I asked: It’s “back to” season. What are you getting back to?

Today, my longtime friend Emily Wieser is sharing her answer.

Emily and I have been friends long enough to have watched each other move through triumphs and tragedies and heartbreak and joy in more than one season of life. She is a mom, a school leader, a daughter, a caregiver—and someone who understands just how full life can become. She’s a natural teacher and her lessons become ours.

In this beautifully written reflection, she shares what a long, quiet summer taught her about loneliness, the return to the school-year hustle, and the routines that help her save her energy for what matters most.

Because returning to routine isn’t about doing more. It’s about understanding how to set yourselves up for success.

It’s about putting a few things on autopilot so we can be more present for the people and moments we don’t want to miss.

I’m so happy to introduce you to my friend Emily and share her words with you today. She is simply delightful.

Her blog is linked in my stories and bio and you can also find it on my website at www.thecollectiveclaritycoaching.com

Sunday Scaries can be real but your Sunday reset will help. And I promise it doesn’t need to become another long list of things to accomplish.

Clear one space.
Clear your head.
Choose what matters.
Leave room for yourself.

That little bit of clarity now can make the whole week feel lighter.

Save this for tonight—or for the Sunday when you need it. 🤍

Ten minutes is enough to begin.

How can you make one small piece of that imagined life real?

Happy Friday.

I’m noticing how quickly a different pace reminds me what I’ve been missing.

To have a little more presence.
And a little less urgency.
A clearer sense of what actually matters.

Clarity often comes when we slow down and settle in.
