We are searching for a dependable Skilled Craftsman to join our excellent customized
Medical Coaches shop and warehouse team. The Skilled Craftsman's responsibilities
include ensuring worksites are clean, safe, and organized according to the direction of the
company's policy and their supervisor's requests. The Skilled Craftsman should be
competent and versed in electrical skills and use of instruments as required. The use of
power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery. Also, light carpentry and finishing. Mobile
Imaging System cabling. You should also be able to take instruction from superiors and
complete jobs and tasks on time.
To be successful as a Skilled Craftsman you will have needed to complete at least one
apprenticeship or similar on the job training (OJT) and acquire suitable skills. An
outstanding Skilled Craftsman should be eager to expand their skill set and increase their
level of expertise. You should also be willing to learn from other team members and
receive training if offered.
Skilled Craftsman Responsibilities:
● Ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up at the work site
● Operating equipment like hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other heavy machinery
● Assisting with various electrical, carpentry, and hydraulics installation procedures for
Mobile Imaging
● Obeying health and safety codes, as well as all company's policies
● Removing hazardous materials from sites
● Using electrical instruments as required
● Performing site and equipment inspections
● Cabling of Mobile Imaging Systems
● Ensuring tasks are completed on time in order to meet deadlines
Skilled Craftsman Requirements:
● High school diploma or similar
● Previous Electrical Apprenticeship or on the job training (OJT) required
● Valid driver's license
● Sound knowledge of carpentry and practical experience with tools
● Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
● A good understanding of safety procedures
● Willingness to learn and be flexible
● Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
