SNAP and then the door was hanging at an angle.

That was the situation at a home in Ann Arbor recently. We replaced or respooled the cables, rebalanced the door, and ran full cycle tests. A door with a cable off its drum shouldn't be operated. Leave it stationary and call for service.

Before: dented and dated. After: 😍

That was the situation at a home in Novi recently. We removed the old door, installed the new one with fresh hardware and seals, and balanced the system. Your garage door can be a third of your home's street-facing exterior one of the highest-impact upgrades you can make.

New opener day is always a good day. 🎉

That was the situation at a home in Westland recently. We installed and calibrated the new opener, programmed all remotes, and confirmed safety functions. If your opener is over 12 years old, the repair-vs-replace conversation is worth having. Modern units are quieter and safer.
