Be honest… Was your first reaction: “HOW?”
Well, let me tell ya!

For 2024, I have set business hours for myself to prevent overworking! I’m available from 9-5pm EST and I do not log into my work emails outside of those times.
To enforce this, I put alarms on my phone and made a note on my white board calendar that lives in front of me.
WHY? Because even though I LOVE my business and my clients, I need to honor the other parts of my life and find a healthy work-life balance. We all deserve to do that.

I know someone seeing this is thinking “ICK!”A lot of clients that I work with do not enjoy spreadsheets.
I get it. But me… I LOVE THEM!

Recently I created a spreadsheet for a client to track team metrics. With some Google Sheet magic, 🪄 we were able to create a master tracker that auto-populates when the team completes fields in other sheets.

I love to create spreadsheets, my client gets a super useful tool! That’s a win-win in my book!
