Whether you are a seasonal resident, away on vacation, or simply away from your home for an extended period of time, our mission is

to watch over your house as if it were our own and provide peace of mind. Through regular scheduled visits to your home we complete thorough property checks, customized to your specific property. Our team conducts a basic check of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as the overall condition of the home and property. We look at your home with a trained eye, making sure that everything is satisfactory. For example we check for leaks, pests and mold, all of which can be present in homes left alone for even the shortest interval. We cater specifically to snowbirds, vacationers, second home owners and anyone who leaves their house for an extended period of time. As a local woman owned and operated company, we are insured, bonded, and background checked. We promise to care for your home as if it were our own.
