Rulebooks grow based on what goes wrong, never on what goes right.

Our CEO Michael Tanenhaus was one of nine provider leaders CRN asked what actually makes them invest deeper in a vendor relationship.

His answer had nothing to do with margin or MDF:

"I'm more attracted to vendors where the people that are talking to me are not people that are going to change position in the next three months… Figure out what we need, and then actually deliver on that. A lot of times, people will lip service it, but they won't actually do it."

We hold ourselves to the same standard on the other side of the table. The providers who bring us in as their engineering bench get the same senior people on the second engagement as the first.
