As we dive into 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how our team spent the holiday season recharging and gearing up for what’s to come. Over the break, our team reset in their own ways - some, like our president Steve Picarde Jr., bundled up on the snowy slopes of Colorado, while others, like our consultant Joan Marshall, soaked up the sun in the Florida Keys. No matter the destination, everyone found time to unwind and prepare for the year ahead.

We’re grateful that our team was able to enjoy some quiet time with family, explore new places, or simply take a much-needed break.
