June was one of the best months I’ve ever had in this business, primarily because I was fortunate enough to have a family friend reach out to sell his investment duplexes in Severna Park. He had been managing them for 20 years, and it was time for him to cash in. I didn’t even need to put these on the market. Instead, I connected him with my investor friends Matt Fullerton and Katie Fullerton, and we made it happen for everyone.
