Trusted Hands Homecare, LLC is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Administrative / Hiring & Onboarding Assistant to join our growing home-care agency.
📍 Connecticut – IN-PERSON POSITION
🚫 This is NOT a virtual assistant position.
As our client and caregiver roster continues to grow, I am looking for the right person to assist with the caregiver hiring and onboarding process and help ensure new employees are properly prepared before beginning client assignments.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
💜 Recruiting and screening caregiver applicants
💙 Conducting or assisting with caregiver interviews
💜 Checking employment documents and required credentials
💙 Coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements
💜 New-hire paperwork and personnel files
💙 Scheduling and conducting caregiver orientation/onboarding
💜 Reviewing agency policies and procedures with new employees
💙 Tracking missing or expiring employee documentation
💜 Helping caregivers become fully prepared for their first assignment
💙 General administrative and staffing support
Home-care agency, healthcare staffing, HR, recruiting, office management, or caregiver onboarding experience is strongly preferred.
I’m looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Most importantly, I need someone who understands that hiring the right caregivers and properly preparing them for our clients is a major part of providing quality care.
