💜 NOW SEEKING REGISTERED NURSE (RN) CONSULTANT 💜

Trusted Hands Homecare is growing, and we are looking to add a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to our team in a part-time/as-needed administrative and supervisory role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for flexible hours while helping support a growing homecare agency dedicated to providing quality, person-centered care throughout Connecticut.

Responsibilities may include:

✔ Initial client assessments✔ Development and review of Plans of Care✔ Periodic caregiver supervisory visits✔ Caregiver orientation and training oversight✔ Annual in-service training support✔ Quality assurance and compliance reviews✔ Consultation regarding client care concerns✔ Communication with families and healthcare professionals as needed

This is NOT a full-time position. We are seeking an RN who is interested in providing professional guidance and oversight on an as-needed basis while helping us maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications:✔ Active Connecticut RN License✔ Homecare, community care, or long-term care experience preferred✔ Strong communication and leadership skills✔ Passion for helping others and supporting quality care
