Web Dev Required Qualifications:
*programming skills in PHP, HTML, CSS and Javascript
*experience in WordPress
IT Support Required Qualifications:
*with minimum 1-2yrs experience as IT support
*good command of English both verbal and written(!)
* troubleshooting skills are an absolute requirement
* with stable and fast internet connection(!)
*knowledge of current Microsoft desktop, and server operating systems (MS Server 2016 and apps, Microsoft o365, SharePoint)
*knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud Infrastructure (Citrix, AWS, Azure)
*knowledge in tenable is a plus
*knowledge in Fortigate/Meraki/PfSense firewalls is a plus
*ability to troubleshoot and comfigure MAC OS X and/or Linux is a plus
*a team player and can work with minimal supervision
*Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
*Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support

IT Support Job Description:
*promptly respond to support calls and tickets that requires technical assistance
*onboarding users and clients
*troubleshoot and resolve technical problems (applications/desktop/server/network/firewall troubleshooting)
*backup and vulnerability (App and OS patching) management
*network monitoring
* manage and maintain domain servers, RDS servers, active directory, backup servers, SQL servers and other client servers. All are Windows server 2016 and 2019
