When S**o Donuts was ready to launch in a permanent location complete with coffee service, its owner, Elle Cowen, sought out solutions that fully supported their craft donut and coffee sales without a full buildout.

They worked with Monsam to create a custom coffee cart that houses sizable espresso equipment, a cup rinser, and provides hot and cold running water without plumbing.
