Let Razor Safe help you with your repairs on your track components saving your organization thousands of dollars.

Scope of work:

1. Inspect all frogs and points, evaluate and rate condition from 1 through 5.
2. Certify repair and a 1-year workmanship warranty.
3. Weld and grind track components, frogs, points, and diamonds per industry standards.
4. Any size carbon, manganese frogs, self-guarded frogs or diamonds.
5. Any size Carbon knifepoints only for yard use. No Mag points.
6. Preform dye pe*****te test before and after to identify cracks for removal.
7. Remove cracks or seal creaks per specs.
8. Use industry approved electrodes.
9. Radius grind frog and track components per industry standards.
10. Replace bolts as needed, and torque frog bolts to spec.
You ship or we will pick up and return your choice.
