We were proud to design a clean, modern sign system that carries throughout the community, from unit IDs to front-of-house and directional signage. A layered acrylic approach, warm tones, custom patterns, and dimensional print create a look that feels both elevated and approachable. Always a pleasure collaborating with Wood Partners to bring this Main ID to life and create a first impression that reflects the natural beauty of Alta Nashoba Valley. The sign features a slim aluminum cabinet with soft white illumination for a crisp glow at night. The lettering is carved into the face and backed with acrylic for subtle depth, while the logo and border are painted directly onto the surface for a clean, minimal look. Supported by painted aluminum arms and mounted to a reinforced structure, all power components are housed within the cabinet for a streamlined appearance and easy maintenance.

We designed, fabricated, and installed the Main ID signage for Modera Liberty Row, blending clean design with precision metalwork. The canopy features fully fabricated stainless steel letters on a custom aluminum bar, with “BY MILL CREEK” in half‑inch aluminum for added dimension. The south entrance echoes this flat‑cut aluminum style, painted to complement the building. Proud to collaborate with Mill Creek Residential on this standout project.

For this project, we designed, fabricated, and installed face-lit canopy letters that create a clean, contemporary presence at the main entrance. The dimensional aluminum letters are internally illuminated with white LEDs, delivering a crisp, welcoming glow that complements the community’s modern architecture.
