Created this illustration as a gift for my hubs’ birthday back at the beginning of April —just finishing it today. Using pastel chalks and pencils, and some internet inspiration, I combined his love of playing guitar and his love of wine 🙂
It’s a little messy and a bit off... but so are we 😊

One of my many goals for 2019 is to be more creative. I LOVE being a Graphic Designer and being able to use my creativity on a computer, but some days you need to dig out the paints and just let it flow. I'm not sure what March will bring... maybe some charcoal, pastels, chalks, more painting... but I'm looking forward to it!

I can't believe it's been so long since I've posted here. I've been working I swear! Here are a couple "Fun" projects I recently completed.
-- The first is a label for a friend's delicious homemade barbeque sauce.
-- The second is an illustration of a friends beloved dog using pastel chalks and pencils.
