As I welcome the cooler weather, I relish in the opportunity to sit and reflect.

This morning over a cup of joe, I thought about - what are you holding onto that is keeping you from moving forward in your business?

Is it fear? Fear of failing, fear of inadequacy. Fear of doing it alone. Fear of judgement.

I am here to tell you today and everyday that creating the business life you want doesn't have to be so hard or even unobtainable. I am with you every step of the way.

Nothing fulfills me more, than seeing you achieve your goals and dreams, so let's go make your dreams a reality my friend.

Earlier this week, I stepped outside my comfort zone and hiked over 15 miles in one day to the base of sub Dome in Yosemite National Park. Then watched my husband summit Half Dome is a moment absolutely worth celebrating!

Hello, I'm Hilaire - the founder and CEO of Four E & Company (which is named after my four children whose names all start with the letter E). I am so glad you are here.

I love a mean chili, a good paint brush, soul music, the smell of ripe peaches, dance parties in the kitchen, finding harmony in nature, and above all I gain comfort in holding a tiny hand.

I have spent over 14 years working and running a seven figure, debt free, family business within the luxury home industry.

Over the years, I led and produced multi-large scale installations, oversaw the financial health of the business, vetted new operational systems, implemented brand strategies and even taken the trash out a few times. If there is one thing I know for sure - I am a go getter!

I started Four E & Company because I have a deep desire to witness entrepreneurs realize their own potential when their purpose, heart and work are in harmony with each other.

Relationships are built on character, trust, honesty, truth, laughter but most importantly support for each other.

As I enter the final chapter of my 44-year career, I am choosing to spend this time with my legacy clients that I have come to cherish and truly designing from a place of joy.

When I started my career, I LOVED design, and the coolest part is….I still do today!

So, it is with enthusiasm that I will be passing my entrepreneurship spirit to Hilaire with the opening of her own company Four E & Company . In fact, I am proud to say I am one of her clients!

If you ever interacted with Design Lines Signature in the past 15 years, you know that she was instrumental in the operational excellence of the firm and has elevated the brand to what it is today. She will continue to do this for me, through her new business. Hilaire’s strengths are in client relations, maximizing operational efficiencies, strengthening the overall financial health of the business and brand and communication strategies. Her chapter is just beginning, and I am so excited I get a front row seat to it.
